STORE POLICY// everything needed to know

Processing time: time needed to prep/package your orders would be 1-3 business days for items that are in stock and 1-3 weeks for items that are set for pre order 

Shipping time : After the processing time your order will then be shipped and arrive to you in 1 -3 days 

PLEASE NOTE: shipping may take a little longer due to covid -19

INFORMATION ABOUT LOCAL ORDERS: pick ups takes place monday-thursday also, deliveries  takes place on (saturday’s and sundays )

TRACKING NUMBER : once everything is shipped ,you will automatically receive your tracking number through email懶! if you have not received yours please  be sure to email us to get your tracking number!

WARNING - once your items has been sent to the postal service ,we @brattzkollections are no longer responsible for lost ,damaged, and or stolen items. We ship directly through USPS ,if you have any problem what so ever with ur package please be sure to contact USPS immediately to resolve the problem 

payment Methods: we accept any debit: credit card through website for example cash app ,paypal, capital one and more 


Question and answering:

how would i know when my package has shipped and tracking number has been sent? —- An email with tracking number will automatically be sent to you once the package has been shipped and checked in with USPS

by any chance are refunds and exchanges allowed ? We do not offer returns on clothing, electronics and or jewelry due to Covid-19. kindly note,that once you have placed an order you are agreeing to no refunds ,no exchanges, or no disputes .. if you fail to follow guidelines regulations you will no longer be able to shop @brattzkollections 


Damages and any issues- 
Please inspect / carefully look through your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can go over everything and correct  the issue
